3. Cancellations and Refunds

4. Travel Insurance

Ontario Escapes strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance. This should cover cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, and other potential losses. We are not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of appropriate travel insurance.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ontario Escapes acts as an agent for various service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, etc.) and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, or defaults. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle, or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
